Hello everyone! I haven't blogged for a WHILE... But, I have this new goal and I decided to blog about it!
So my goal is to lose any pudginess that my body may have (though, from what my family is telling nme, I don't have much) and build at least a little muscle on this body of mine. I am starting a LOG about my endeavors. Hopefully I will find time to record my day to day efforts. Well, here goes!
DAY 1
Looked up different ways to exercise. Many sites contradict each other-- some say cardio workouts are best, while others say cardio workouts are the ones that help the least and pushups are the best. Decided to try some of both. Tortured myself by doing crunches to reach a strawberry. Mmmm... Resolve weakened and I drank a Coke. Had more strawberries. Ran 10 min. at 4.5 MPH on treadmill. Ate more strawberries. Also trying to break another bad habit. Note to self: Reward self with strawberries AFTER workout.
