Do we not all agree to call rapid thought and noble impulse by the name of inspiration? So is that what inspiration really is? A rapid thought and noble impulse? Or is it more?
Impulse, by definition, is a feeling. It isn't an act. So is inspiration an influence, or an act?
As Thomas Edison said:
Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% inspiration. So inspiration is the rapid thought and noble impulse that leads to a great something.
